The Travel Whisperer
You've already lived the version of travel planning that doesn't work — the spreadsheet nobody updates, the group chat full of receipts, the paper itinerary that gets left in a hotel drawer. Here's what replaces all of it, one offline-first app, one purchase, no subscription.
Eight things that go wrong on almost every trip. Already solved.
Trip scattered everywhere
One app. Every section, one home screen.
Nobody knows who owes who
Auto Settle-Up splits it to the dollar.
Tickets buried in emails
Ticket Vault + paste-to-import bookings.
No signal, no plan
Fully offline once installed.
Forget what's booked
One tap → real calendar reminders.
Packed for the wrong trip
Templates + weather-synced outfits.
Don't want another login
One-time buy. No account. Your device.
Blank-page paralysis
Import a destination guide in one tap.
Not mockups — these are short clips of the actual app, mid-use, with a real sample trip loaded.
Calendar, timeline view, and the booking-confirmation parser that drafts events for you.
Auto-synced costs, a live Settle-Up split, and the Trip Sync Check flagging missing tickets.
One-tap templates and a live packed-percentage bar.
Trip countdown, quick stats, and a jump-back-in view of the whole plan.
Log the real memories on the ground, not from memory three weeks later.
Plus Ticket Vault, Document Vault, Outfit Planner, Gift Tracker, Brainstorm, and Pre-Trip To-Do — all in the same app.
If you already know where you're going but not what to do once you're there, pairing WanderPlan with one of our 17 destination guides skips the blank-page problem entirely — the whole day-by-day plan drops in with one tap.
Starting from a blank canvas
Build your trip from scratch — every feature above, for any destination you choose, at your own pace. The right pick if you already know your plan or you're piecing one together as you go.
Get WanderPlan →Skip the blank page
Get the planner, then pick the guide for where you're headed. Import Trip Pack drops the destination's whole day-by-day route, hidden gems, and budget estimates straight into your own WanderPlan — reviewed and adjusted, not built from zero.
Not a knock on the alternatives — just the actual tradeoffs, so you know what you're getting.

Yes. Once you've installed it to your home screen, your itinerary, budget, packing list, vital info, tickets, and documents all open and update with zero signal — flight mode included. Only a few genuine extras, like refreshing the weather forecast or checking a live currency rate, need a connection, and both are designed to be fetched once while you have signal and used offline afterward.
No. WanderPlan has no login and no account system. You unlock it with your Etsy order number, and your trip data lives in the browser on your device, not on a server.
Your order code works on up to 4 devices. Each device keeps its own local copy of your data; use the Download Backup / Restore Backup tools or a Quick Sync Code to move your plan between them.
As long as you've downloaded a backup first (Dashboard → Sync, Save & Reset), you can restore your full trip — itinerary, budget, packing, tickets, and documents — on the new device or browser.
No. It's a one-time purchase through Etsy. There are no recurring fees and no surprise renewals.
WanderPlan works completely on its own as a blank-canvas planner for any trip, anywhere. Destination guides are optional — if you own one, its full day-by-day plan can be imported into WanderPlan with one tap.
One offline-first app, one purchase, every trip after this one too. It pays for itself the first time you're standing at a gate with no signal and your whole plan still opens.
